The graduating class from Niagara College’s Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management program invites the Niagara College community and the public to join them at Project Brew Springfest Friday, April 8 live from Market Square in St. Catharines!
Project Brew represents the culmination of four semesters of learning – not only is the beer created by the students, but they put on the festival as well! This festival theme will be centered around the 500th anniversary of the German Beer Purity Law, the Reinheitsgebot. The festival will feature 15 craft beers made by our graduates; each individually created by a student, starting at recipe design and finishing in your sample glass. There will also be some traditional German inspired class collaborative beer served from casks along with German inspired food!
Tickets may be purchased here for $20 or at the door for $25. Tickets include a commemorative Project Brew Springfest glass and four drink tokens. Additional tokens can be purchased onsite for $2 each.
Attend the evening of great beer, food and fun on April 8 at the Market Square, from 5 to 10 p.m.
