Jeff Steen (pictured) returns to his alma mater as manager of industry engagement and corporate training at the Canadian Food and Wine Institute.
A message from Canadian Food and Wine Institute dean Craig Youdale:
I would like to welcome our new manager of industry engagement and corporate training, Jeffrey Steen. Jeff began his position on the week of Feb. 2 and we are happy to have him on board.
Jeff is a double graduate of Niagara College (Cook Apprentice and Hotel Restaurant Management) and brings his completion of the BABH program as well as a master’s degree in Education. He has experience as a food and beverage supervisor of restaurant outlets at Royal York Hotel as well as sessional teaching at George Brown.
He has left his position as manager of food services and catering at George Brown to come to be part of the NC family.
I know you will all enjoy Jeff’s enthusiasm and we look forward to his contribution to CFWI and all of Niagara College.
